CHINESE RHYTHMS

     Exercise is an integral part of a healthy life style. Chinese Rhythms and the Ten Fundamental Treasures are Qi cultivation exercises to support your commitment to radiant health and wellness.

     CHINESE RHYTHMS are a western adaptation of traditional Chinese exercises. They consist of 8 movements that are easy to do and can be practiced at any age. Performed with awareness in a slow, relaxed and soft manner they become fluid-like, coordinating your body, breath and mind. Regular practice, over time, will balance the body systems and you will experience many positive health benefits including

Selected movements may be chosen for specific needs or they may be practiced as a complete set.
